You strengthen software development teams in the consistent application of Scrum or LeSS, thereby contributing to increased productivity and quality
You actively improve information flow and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders
Through coaching and mentoring, you promote the ongoing development of the team's agile working practices
You independently identify impediments and develop appropriate solutions
You support the team in self-organization and in achieving sprint goals
Together with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches, you drive the advancement and company-wide optimization of agile practices and ensure a shared, clearly aligned approach
Requirements
You have more than three years of experience as a Scrum Master (m/f/d) in agile software development projects
Strong communication skills as well as proven coaching and facilitation competencies are among your strengths
You have a solid understanding of agile values, principles and methods and can explain and establish them
Ideally, you have additional experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
