• Create AND execute content strategies
• Own follower growth across all platforms
• Manage engagement (comments, shares, DMs)
• Produce high volumes of content (100+ pieces/week)
• Optimize profiles and community engagement daily
• Use AI tools for efficiency

Requirements

• Proven experience growing social accounts (show results)
• Strong video/content creation skills (short-form especially)
• Comfortable producing high-volume content
• Experience with AI tools for content creation
• Understanding of social algorithms and trends
• Experience with paid ads is a big plus
• Strong English communication
