Communicating needs of volunteering programs to Product Managers.

5+ years professional experience in education, youth, and/or volunteer management programs.
Strong facilitation skills and demonstrated ability to build community trust.
Proven flair for communicating ideas in excellent written and spoken English.
Ability to work in a distributed and cross-cultural environment.
Able to connect with partners in UTC+2 to UTC-5 timezones and make 3 international trips each year.
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
