Role Overview
- Serve as the liaison between Operations, Training, Program Office, Region Administration, and Human Resources
- Provide statistical support for Hope Florida Operations
- Develop data collection instruments and perform data analysis
- Lead and monitor effective implementation strategies for Hope Florida projects
- Collaborate with department programs to integrate Hope Florida services
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee retention strategies
- Support Activate Hope duties, including volunteer coordination and disaster-related data reporting
- Review and analyze data on trends within Hope Florida regions
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Proficient in Smartsheet and all Microsoft programs (specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Forms)
