Build, develop and expand the cable protection business unit
Brand development for power supply / electrification in the German market
Strategic and sustainable sales-focused key account management in Germany
Continuous identification and assessment of grid and HVDC infrastructure projects and their requirements
Support acquisition activities from project costing and proposal preparation through to contract negotiation with investors, grid operators, utilities, etc.
Close collaboration with international sales teams working on cable protection
Market research and evaluation of market potential in the high-voltage cable protection segment for DC transmission lines
Strengthen and position the sales brand and overall market presence
Organise and deliver corporate and product presentations, and coordinate trade show participation for the cable protection business area
Requirements
Technical or commercial training or equivalent qualification with a focus on project and sales knowledge in high-voltage cable protection
Professional experience in high-voltage cable protection — ideally in passive telecommunications technology, communications engineering, or electrification projects
High willingness to travel within Germany as a Key Account Manager (ideally residing in the northern part of Germany, approximately north of the Frankfurt area)
Strong sales-oriented personality with a pronounced customer focus
Confident demeanour and a structured way of working
Self-responsibility, initiative, commitment, independence, loyalty and flexibility
Ability to work effectively in national and international B2B teams
Proficient use of Office applications and CRM systems
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
