Role Overview
- Define, maintain and evolve the brand's visual guidelines;
- Ensure aesthetic consistency across all touchpoints;
- Guide and oversee the work of the design team;
- Structure workflows and organize graphic production;
- Serve as a technical and creative reference for the team;
- Participate in the execution of assets when necessary ("hands-on");
- Review and approve visual materials, ensuring quality and alignment with the brand.
Requirements
- Strong experience in graphic design and art direction;
- Ability to think about the brand systemically (not just isolated pieces);
- Organized profile with a process-oriented mindset and creative direction;
- Good communication skills to guide and provide feedback to the team;
- Balance between strategic vision and practical execution;
- A keen, critical eye for aesthetics and visual consistency.
