Manages employees, mid/first-level managers and Integrated Product Team Leads performing business management activities in the area of Program Management.
Manages stakeholder relationships across multiple Boeing business units, external suppliers and domestic / international customers.
Develops and execute integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures across all areas of Acoustic Programs.
Provides input on program level business and technical strategies, goals, objectives.
Directs development and supports communication of Acoustic Programs Long Range Business Plan, research and development and new business activities.
Acquires resources for department activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes across Acoustic Programs project portfolio.
Maintains, tailors and improves Program Management Best Practices (PMBP) focused on program goals.
Oversees and is accountable regarding quality and safety of the products and facility.
Supports management of staffing and day-to-day logistics for Acoustic Programs.
Requirements
10+ years of experience within project leadership including planning, implementing and executing program plans
5+ years of experience in a finance, scheduling, industrial engineering, change management, strategy, program management, or project management role
Understanding and experience with Program Management Best Practices
