Role Overview
- Provide an outstanding customer service experience via phone to identify issues reported by customers and guide them toward a resolution;
- Clarify questions about product features;
- Assist with system operation difficulties and perform fixes that do not involve programming.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress);
- Knowledge of computers, ERP/business management software, electronic invoicing (NF-e), and administrative routines;
- Reside in Rio Grande do Sul or Santa Catarina;
- Knowledge of customer experience and/or customer success;
- Familiarity with e-commerce processes, logistics systems, and sales routines on marketplaces (for example, Mercado Livre).
