About this role

Facilitate communication between our mental health professionals and clients
Schedule appointments, maintain client records, respond to inquiries, and support administrative duties
Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for clients
Interact daily with both patients and mental health providers

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
Must work in a HIPPA compliant environment
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role in a healthcare setting, preferably in a mental health.
Familiarity with mental health terminology and practices is a plus
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
Proficiency in computer systems and software (e.g., MS Office, Athena electronic medical records, etc.)
Compassionate and empathetic nature, with the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
Understanding of the importance of confidentiality and privacy in the mental health industry
Cultural sensitivity and ability to work effectively with diverse populations
Willingness to pitch in to address issues as they arise in a fast changing startup environment.
