About this role
Role Overview
Lead and guide the bilingual customer service team;
Supervise the team's daily activities;
Identify development opportunities for team members;
Conduct training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching;
Monitor the operation's KPIs;
Communicate strategies and share best practices implemented within the team;
Manage PAID/ABS control.
Requirements
Required technical knowledge of the product;
Must be an Atento employee for at least 6 months;
Minimum: currently enrolled in higher education (undergraduate);
The final score from the last Operational Performance Evaluation cycle must be equal to or greater than 100;
Desired experience as an operations supervisor or team leader;
Desired knowledge of PDCA and 5W2H;
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Required English level C1 — there will be tests;
Preferably live near the Atento Nova São Paulo Unit (South Zone of São Paulo).
