Serve as the owner for technical education and enablement for Sigma’s SI partner ecosystem.
Design, evolve, and deliver structured training programs that build deep technical competency across partner engineering teams.
Own the execution and iteration for specialist training tracks. Act as the primary instructor and facilitator for advanced partner trainings, including in-person bootcamps, workshops, and certification-aligned sessions.
Ensure training programs scale consistently across regions while maintaining a high technical bar.
Establish technical competency standards for SI partners through education and certification readiness.
Evaluate partner technical maturity and provide guidance on learning paths and readiness progression.
Plan and execute a high volume of global training sessions across EMEA, APJ, North America, and LATAM.
Coordinate training logistics, agendas, and regional adaptations to ensure consistent delivery worldwide.
Track training effectiveness, participation, and outcomes to inform ongoing improvements.
Represent Sigma as a technical educator at partner summits, enablement events, and internal forums.
Contribute to technical documentation, training guides, and enablement frameworks.
Help shape and evolve Sigma’s partner certification and advanced education.
Requirements
8-12 years of experience in solution engineering, partner enablement, or consulting delivery
Familiarity with cloud data ecosystems: Snowflake, Sigma, dbt, Databricks, etc.
Strong SQL skills, with hands-on exposure to BI, data warehousing, or embedded analytics
Comfort in customer
and partner-facing technical roles
Preferred Certifications: SnowPro Core or Advanced Architect, Databricks Certified Associate Developer or Data Engineer
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to operate in a high-growth, dynamic environment
Willingness to travel globally 75%+
