Planning, creating and publishing posts on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook
Producing short videos and multi-image (carousel) posts
Managing comment sections and direct messages — friendly, professional, and responsive
Maintaining the editorial calendar and content library
Close coordination with our specialist team
Planning and implementing marketing activities — digital and print
Supporting the organization of events
Maintaining and updating our firm's website
Conducting market and target-audience research to further develop our external presence

Completed training or degree in marketing, communications, media management, or a related field
Initial professional experience in marketing or social media — internships or demonstrable self-initiated projects are welcome
A strong sense for language and audience-appropriate communication: professional, approachable, clear
Familiarity with design tools such as Canva and basic video editing skills
Structured, independent working style and reliability in meeting deadlines
Affinity for digital media and interest in business and tax law topics — prior knowledge not required
Good German language skills, written and spoken; English skills are an advantage
Team-oriented: you will work across locations and may work remotely

Flexible part-time position with approx. 15–20 hours/week
