Collect, organize and analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making;
Interpret financial trends and patterns, identifying risks and opportunities.
Participate in the preparation, monitoring and review of the annual budget;
Identify and analyze variances, proposing corrective actions and optimization opportunities.
Prepare periodic financial reports with strategic insights;
Develop clear, concise presentations for stakeholders.
Create and enhance financial models for projections and performance analysis;
Ensure continuous improvement of existing models to increase accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate with areas outside of finance;
Support leaders and teams with data-driven analyses and recommendations.

Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or related field; postgraduate degree in Finance and/or Controllership;
Fluent English;
KPI Management – defining, monitoring and analyzing financial and operational metrics to support strategic decisions;
Solid FP&A experience and strong knowledge of Financial Statements (minimum 3 years);
Strong budgeting expertise (planning, data collection, consolidation, reconciliation, preparation of financial statements, closing meetings and presentation);
Advanced Financial Modeling – building robust financial models for performance forecasting;
Preparation of Management Reports;
Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI;
Proficiency in Data Analysis.
