Management and retention of the active portfolio, ensuring a high level of renewals and customer loyalty across cooperative and broker channels;
Strengthening relationships with key stakeholders, acting as the primary commercial point of contact in the post-sale phase;
Portfolio deepening, increasing share within existing active clients without overlapping the expansion strategy;
Management of the customer and partner experience, ensuring a smooth journey (policy issuance, endorsements, claims and renewals);
Continuous monitoring of portfolio performance, tracking indicators such as quotes, follow-up quoting (repique), renewals and cancellations;
Preventive action on renewals, with strategic advance planning to mitigate cancellations and competitor movements;
Identification of risks and development of tailored action plans to reverse negative trends;
Management of commercial campaigns with channels, including planning, execution, monitoring and optimization of incentive campaigns;
Management of commercial contracts with cooperatives and brokers, ensuring compliance with clauses, agreed targets and sustainability of the partnership;
Management of incentive and bonus programs, monitoring performance against targets, ensuring correct calculation and partner engagement;
Development and enablement of partner cooperatives and brokers through technical, commercial and product training;
Planning and delivery of periodic training to increase conversion, improve proposal quality and ensure adherence to the insurer’s guidelines;
Conducting periodic meetings to present results, including portfolio performance analysis, KPIs, opportunities and action plans;
Ongoing alignment with the expansion partner manager to ensure a structured transition of new business to portfolio management;
Management of commercial conflicts and sensitive negotiations, preserving margin and long-term relationships;
Technical-commercial oversight of relevant policies, ensuring alignment with client needs and risk mitigation;
Interface with internal areas (underwriting, claims, operations) for quick resolution of requests and continuous improvement;
Implementation of loyalty and incentive strategies focused on increasing share-of-wallet;
Data analysis and portfolio intelligence, identifying opportunities for improvement and sustainable growth;
Ensuring commercial compliance and governance, avoiding conflicts between channels and misaligned practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field
minimum 4 years of experience;
Commercial management experience;
Microsoft Office proficiency;
Financial Mathematics;
Advanced knowledge of the Insurance Market.
