Information Security Apprentice

Role Overview

• Support in maintaining control spreadsheets, performance indicators and departmental support materials;
• Assist with tracking and managing activities in Jira, including status updates and organizing requests;
• Help organize and follow up on meetings with internal teams, including taking minutes and tracking action items;
• Assist in monitoring Internal Audit Governance activities, supporting the control of evidence and deadlines;
• Learn about and support various topics related to Financial Crime Prevention Governance.

Requirements

• Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
• Ability to use the Microsoft Office suite.
• Proactivity and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a team and a sense of ownership.
• Availability to work on-site in Morumbi twice a week.
• Age between 18 and 22.
• High school: currently enrolled or completed.
