Collaborate with IT and Client Services teams to gather and document system enhancement requests.
Assist in writing clear and concise business requirements and documenting them.
Help analyze current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and translate business needs into action with support from our Strategic Operations Business Analyst.
Support the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Assist in generating and analyzing reports using Excel, Salesforce, and Sigma to support team goals.
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new system features and enhancements.
Process administrative work including running skip traces and sending SMS blasts.
Help develop and update training materials and assist with user training when needed.
Provide general project support, including maintaining project timelines and tracking progress, and perform other administrative and analytical tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required.
1 year or more of experience in a business analysis, operations, or project coordination role is preferred.
Basic understanding of documenting processes and using flowcharting tools (e.g., Lucidchart or similar).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Exposure to Salesforce, Sigma, or similar reporting tools is a plus.
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to learn and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
