Role Overview
Lead efforts to improve customer experience, boost employee engagement, and drive innovation across TDI
Steward the pan-TDI Customer Experience strategy
Lead the colleague strategy for TDI
Direct TDI's Business Architecture practice
Develop and execute digitization, automation, optimization strategies
Ensure regulatory commitments are met
Accelerate TDI’s business strategy and market positioning
Steward Portfolio Management & Governance (PMaG)
Own TDI's Change Management practice
Oversee performance management initiatives
Requirements
Graduate degree (e.g., MBA) preferred
15+ years of progressive experience
Understanding of TDI and TDBG enterprise operations
Advanced analytical, strategic, and conceptual thinking skills
Excellent communication skills
Proven experience in building and leading high-performing teams
Innovative approach with a proven record of embracing and leading change
Ability to engage and inspire team members at all levels
