Develops and executes overall business strategy and implementation of Account Plans.
Reviews and analyzes markets, and coordinates with sales, operations and production department to implement such needs into our products.
Assesses strengths and weaknesses of external and internal environment, collects information and analyzes results of marketing research by utilizing marketing theory.
Establishes marketing plans based on the following factors and forecast of mid-term market changes: direction of marketing, customer management (RF Analysis Model), advertising, sales promotion plan, costs (production, sales, and marketing)
Responsible for establishing and achieving the budget and sales volume plans.
Creates, prepares and reviews budgets by establishing and implementing short and long-term plans together with teams in US and Japan.
Monitors sales, net profit and sales volume monthly, and implements countermeasures as needed, if a gap in budget performance occurs.
Creates Strategic Account Plans
Qualifies and quantifies opportunities by product category for growth at customer targets
Engages cross functional team for collaboration on quantifying usage rates by applications to prepare financial projections and forecasts effectively.
Manages logistics (production and sales), controlling demand/supply and inventory of all products to achieve adequate working capital level as entire business.
Responsible for confirming all regulatory compliances including quality, scientific and legal matters related to business. Diligently carries out legal and scientific validation with help from experts in the field.
Manages external partner relationships including distributors, subcontractors, agency, media and etc.
Responsible for personnel development within a team and achieves organizational goals by energizing and inspiring the whole unit.
Maintains a professional and positive influence on others.
Provides appropriate OJT/Off-JT training to members and develop them by assigning them to appropriate jobs based on their capabilities and experiences.
Develops managers as successors through dialogue, coaching, guidance and feedback.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline with knowledge in nutrition, physiology and/or pharmacy.
10+ years of strategic business and marketing experiences in food ingredient manufacturing industry.
Detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously to meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Computer knowledge: (Microsoft Office, SAP, Power BI, Salesforce.com)
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Experience in public speaking, creating and delivering presentations in a professional manner.
Ability to problem solve and work cross functionally to effectively service our customers.
