Requirements
5+ years of leadership experience in GTM, sales, product growth, or market expansion roles, with a proven track record in strategic planning and execution, ideally within insurance or financial services.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree or MBA strongly preferred.
Demonstrated experience leading strategic product advocacy efforts and collaborating with senior business unit leaders to drive shared accountability and measurable results.
Extensive expertise in executive-level event prioritization and field engagement, including high-stakes tradeshow and partner engagements.
Strategic vision and leadership with the ability to inspire and align business unit leaders and cross-functional teams around shared goals and a unified product vision.
