About this role
Role Overview
Proactively contact potential customers in the mid-market and upper SMB segments by phone, social media, and email
Schedule demo appointments to present our solutions
Run outbound campaigns independently — supported by tools, data, and our engineering team
Work closely with the GTM team to continuously increase revenue per customer and ensure a steady lead flow
Optimize and scale sales processes — analyze and report KPIs and improve the CRM tool (HubSpot)
Requirements
Experience in sales (preferably B2B) with direct customer interaction
Strong communication skills that enable you to build trust, persuade, and communicate confidently
Resilience — setbacks motivate you and drive continuous improvement
Experience with CRM systems and the ability to execute a structured sales process
Open to feedback and committed to ongoing personal and professional development
Native-level German and solid English skills
