Plan, analyze, and execute administrative support activities related to the area of responsibility, ensuring correct completion of routines within established deadlines.
Provide support to immediate leadership by preparing management and operational reports, gathering and preparing information to support decision-making.
Manage, process, and analyze financial and operational data using corporate systems.
Operate and query Central Bank regulatory systems, ensuring compliance of reported information.
Perform administrative and financial routines related to billing in the Benner system, payment control, and financial data analysis.
Analyze inconsistencies and make adjustments to system records and accounts, supporting the organization and correction of information.
Support the management and updating of beneficiary registries and records in corporate systems.
Propose and implement improvements to workflows, routines, and internal processes to contribute to operational efficiency.
Communicate with other departments and multidisciplinary teams, participate in meetings, and collaborate on resolving operational requests.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed, preferably in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.
Strong analytical skills for identifying inconsistencies and analyzing data.
Preferred/Plus:
Experience with corporate management systems, preferably the Benner system.
Experience querying and analyzing data in systems, spreadsheet automation, SQL, or data analysis tools.
Experience with systems analysis or interacting with development teams.
