Track implementations of Agro coverage and dedicated mobile coverage for B2B in the SMB segment (SMALL/ONE/TOP), ensuring they are completed on time and successfully
Monitor schedules, identify risks and propose corrective actions to meet deadlines and objectives
Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure execution according to the defined scope
Prepare project tracking reports and updates, presenting status and performance indicators
Serve as the main point of contact for clients in the project portfolio, ensuring high satisfaction, visibility of requests, prioritization and successful use of our solutions
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with segment clients, understanding their needs and objectives (includes in-person meetings across Brazil and periodic structured reports)
Monitor and analyze client performance metrics, identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, Information Technology or related fields
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work on multiple simultaneous projects
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Monitor KPIs and performance metrics
Support integrations between departments to ensure correct information flow
Prior experience supporting projects, PMO or planning teams is desirable
