Senior Manager, Production Planning – Control

Role Overview

• Lead daily production planning and execution across vehicle upfit operations
• Align production output with sales targets and delivery commitments
• Manage end-to-end production control
• Oversee chassis planning, staging, and readiness
• Manage inventory control and material planning
• Coordinate supply chain and parts planning
• Direct logistics operations
• Lead and develop cross-functional teams
• Monitor operational performance metrics
• Oversee quality execution within the production environment
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with OEM requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, automotive production, operations, supply chain, or a related operational leadership environment.
• Demonstrated manufacturing leadership experience with the ability to lead cross-functional teams in high-volume, high-mix automotive production and upfit environments.
• Strong operational problem-solving and decision-making capability.
• Execution-focused leader who performs effectively in fast-paced production environments.
• Strong production planning and operational coordination capability.
• Solid financial and operational planning mindset.
