Act as the bridge between the business, clinical areas, and technology, ensuring each delivery generates tangible value for patients, the care team, and operations.
Define and evolve the product vision with a focus on the patient journey (onboarding, admission, ongoing care, and discharge).
Manage and prioritize the backlog based on clinical value, operational impact, and user experience.
Serve as a liaison between stakeholders, clinical and operational areas, and technology, ensuring clear, aligned, and smooth communication.
Translate business and care-area needs into structured requirements (user stories and acceptance criteria).
Actively participate in decision-making forums with leadership, supporting the product's strategic direction.
Plan, monitor, and ensure execution of initiatives using agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Validate deliveries, ensuring quality, adherence to requirements, and user satisfaction.
Map current processes (As-Is), identifying bottlenecks, clinical risks, and operational inefficiencies.
Design future processes (To-Be) focused on standardization, efficiency, and improving the patient experience.
Lead process transformation and operational digitization initiatives.
Ensure alignment among clinical, administrative, and technology areas.
Map and optimize critical journeys: admission, treatment plan, clinical progress, family communication, and discharge.
Monitor KPIs and generate insights for continuous improvement (efficiency, care quality, and experience).
Anticipate risks, propose solutions, and ensure quality, timeliness, and impact of deliveries.
Support the creation and evolution of the strategic roadmap for digital products.
Requirements
Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or project lead.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Experience with process mapping and redesign (BPM – As-Is / To-Be).
Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capability.
Experience with BI tools and creating executive presentations (PowerPoint).
Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with multiple stakeholders.
Experience in healthcare, mental health, or hospital environments is a plus.
Agile certifications (CSPO, PSPO, or similar) are a plus.
Knowledge of UX/UI and user experience is a plus.
Experience with product metrics and a data-driven culture is a plus.
