Role Overview
- You independently consult on and shape agile IT projects and implement statutory and regulatory requirements in banking
- Capturing, analyzing and managing requirements are core tasks, as well as coordinating with business units and development
- You actively support the optimization and further development of IT systems and processes
- You maintain a partnership-based collaboration and open communication with our clients
Requirements
- Experience as an IT Business Analyst in the banking sector and in statistical regulatory reporting (in particular BiSta, AuSta, ZiSta, KreSta)
- Solid methodological and conceptual knowledge in business analysis and agile methods
- An independent and communicative working style that enables you to proactively drive projects forward
- Ideally, you have already implemented IT projects addressing regulatory requirements
- Fluent German (at least C1)
