Role Overview
- Oversee multiple units to drive commercial momentum

Requirements
- More than 5 years' experience in hospitality in similar roles
- Degree/diploma from a recognized hospitality school
- Excellent personal presentation
- Managerial and interpersonal skills appropriate for school collective catering
- Autonomy, foresight and creativity
- Valid driving license
