About this role
Role Overview
Act as the functional leader of the operations team, distributing workload and prioritizing requests.
Ensure a stable, smooth operation aligned with contracted SLAs, meeting product launch dates.
Hold final responsibility for management of operational and preventative inventory.
Manage the full lifecycle of projects for new developments and/or enhancements.
Represent the operations team in interactions with Logistics, IT and external partners.
Establish governance for processes.
Reduce operational losses, discrepancies and rework.
Maintain inventory availability and predictability to supply all sales channels.
Simultaneously manage multiple fulfillment flows: Selia, Correios, Amazon, VTEX and Sales Representatives.
Organize and prioritize a large backlog involving multiple suppliers.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree completed — Postgraduate preferred.
Practical hands-on experience in eCommerce Operations.
Experience with inventory control, fulfillment/expedition, discrepancy management and order flow.
Participation in improvement, automation or integration projects.
Preferred experience with Amazon 1P/Full/FBA or marketplaces with strict SLAs.
Technical knowledge of inventory control, stocktaking, discrepancy resolution and shipping/fulfillment.
Ability to read and interpret operational KPIs.
Familiarity with VTEX, integrations/APIs, technical backlogs and digital agencies.
Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and basic data analysis skills.
Advanced/Fluent English.
