Serve as Master Task List (MTL) Manager, overseeing deliverable tracking, schedules, and action item management
Coordinate weekly status updates and reviews with government customers, internal leadership, and vendor partners
Prepare technical briefs, meeting minutes, and executive-level presentations, track submission of program deliverables
Support Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs) and vendor/partner engagements
Conduct requirements analysis, assist with resource allocation, labor forecasting, and financial/schedule monitoring
Identify and mitigate program risks and issues; provide analysis of operational objectives and draft plans to meet them
Manage project documentation and shared repositories using tools such as SharePoint, Confluence, and Jira

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a business-related discipline
In lieu of a degree, an additional four (4) years of relevant experience (8 years total) may be substituted
Four (4) years of experience supporting large-scale programs ($5M+ annually)
Two (2) years of direct experience supporting the Intelligence Community or signals intelligence activities
Strong experience with SharePoint, Confluence, and Jira
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation experience
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Security Clearance Requirement: Active TS/SCI with polygraph conmd nsspf
