Own end-to-end delivery of digital projects including websites, landing pages, paid media campaigns, email campaigns, banner ads, SEO/SEM initiatives, and social media deliverables.
Manage a diverse portfolio of client projects, including large and complex accounts in pharma and healthcare.
Support a major agency partner relationship by coordinating across multiple workstreams with speed and precision.
Translate client goals into actionable project plans with clear timelines, scopes, budgets, and dependencies.
Facilitate scope discussions and priority alignment between stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
Manage shifting priorities while maintaining project momentum and delivery quality.
Act as a proactive communicator by following up consistently, identifying risks early, and resolving blockers without delay.
Create and manage Asana tasks, project timelines, and status reports for internal teams and clients.
Coordinate QA processes and support project documentation.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in digital production or project management within an agency or similarly fast-paced environment.
Experience managing multi-channel campaigns and high-visibility web projects with measurable outcomes.
Experience working with pharma, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in small, agile agencies is a plus.
Experience supporting agency-to-agency relationships is a plus.
Background in lead generation, SEM, or SEO is a plus.
