Flight Support Agent

Role Overview

• Take care of all the operational aspects of logistics and ground services of each flight
• Maintain and update Global View platform – Vista’s proprietary Operations systems
• Arrange Ground Handling services, airport slots, and fuel for all flights
• Liaise with external providers concerning ground services arrangements
• Request overflight and landing permits for all flights
• Provide accurate information on the status of flights during planning stage
• Liaise and coordinate directly with operating partners’ Tactical Controllers
• Ensure that all operations are fulfilled efficiently and within safety boundaries

Requirements

• Excellent English language skills
• Ability to maintain accuracy and strong attention to detail
• In-depth knowledge of the Business Aviation environment ideally in Ground Operations, Flight Dispatch, or Flight Planning
