To support our exciting growth trajectory in one of the most dynamic markets globally, Oliver Wyman is seeking an experienced, creative, and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our IMEA team, with a primary focus on the Middle East.
This is a hands-on Manager-level role with significant autonomy, focused on executional excellence, market activation, and commercial impact.
Collaborate with IMEA’s Head of Campaigns and Middle East-focused business leadership to fulfil the Head of Marketing’s strategy, translating priority growth areas into integrated, market-ready marketing plans for existing and new sectors.
Lead end-to-end delivery of integrated marketing campaigns in the Middle East, working with colleagues to coordinate content, events, PR, digital, and partnerships to ensure timely, high-quality market activation aligned to business priorities.
Deliver and activate local marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including websites, social media, media relations, email marketing, video, and events, to increase brand visibility and generate client access.
Work with the IMEA Intelligence Associate to conduct campaign reporting and performance analysis, to measure effectiveness and continuously optimise marketing activity.
Requirements
8+ years’ experience in a B2B marketing or communications role within professional services or an agency environment
Proven ability to craft, edit, and deliver engaging content across multiple formats, including media, digital, web, reports, and thought leadership.
Experience with client-centric and account-based marketing, with a strong understanding of how marketing supports commercial objectives.
Experience working with PR agencies and/or developing media engagement in Middle Eastern markets.
Comfortable working closely with Partners and senior stakeholders, providing clear updates, materials and delivery confidence across marketing initiatives.
Experience leading workstreams and collaborating with remotely located peer groups; prior people management experience is an advantage but not required.
Familiarity with marketing and project management tools such as CRM systems, Monday.com, or Asana.
