Professional development and becoming Argus Certified.
Hands-on exposure to real estate property projects across the country.
Appraisal management and applying administrative tasks to the appraisal process.
Preparing and reviewing cash flow models using ARGUS Enterprise.
Conducting market analysis for properties, including gathering and analyzing data on valuation assumptions.
Reviewing third-party appraisal reports as part of valuation management process.
Completing onboarding training including Core Competency Training, Business Practices and Ethics & USPAP & Basic Appraisal Principles and Procedures.

A Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; potential exposure to the CRE industry through internships.
Strong skills in business writing, research, quantitative and analytical skills to complete an end-to-end appraisal review.
Proficient in Excel (x-lookups, pivot tables, DCF models);
Familiarity with ARGUS Enterprise is a plus.
Proactive, resourceful, and committed to continuous learning and certification.
Effective communication, collaboration, and the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Willingness to work outside regular hours.
