Role Overview
- Drive measurable operational efficiency and performance improvements across 250+ ASCs
- Partner with corporate, field, and center leadership to identify opportunities
- Support field operations with efficiency levers optimization
- Apply continuous improvement principles to streamline operations
- Develop and refine toolkits and playbooks for replication across the network
- Serve as a project lead for corporate initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- MBA or MHA preferred
- 5+ years leading end-to-end operational improvement initiatives in a healthcare setting
- Experience leading ASC operations and/or driving operational improvements in ASCs strongly preferred
- Strong stakeholder change management skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capability (Excel fluency)
- Entrepreneurial mentality
- Clinical background (RN) preferred
