Role Overview
Lead complex, cross-functional process discovery workshops
Create the psychological safety needed for teams to surface hidden workarounds
Differentiate “historical habits” from true regulatory constraints
Use Lean Six Sigma methodologies to challenge assumptions
Build and maintain detailed Makigami/Value Stream Maps
Integrate real system performance data to quantify inefficiencies
Convert waste analysis into actionable Agile user stories
Cultivate strong relationships with HR Business Partners, Country HR, and Legal (HRBS)
Requirements
3–5 years leading Lean Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement initiatives
Solid understanding of CI concepts (Lean Six Sigma Green Belt strongly preferred)
Skilled in Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis, and turning data insights into executive-ready narratives
Proven ability to lead workshops, manage resistance, navigate politically sensitive discussions, and influence senior stakeholders without formal authority
Strong analytical capabilities (Excel, Power BI)
Advanced process mapping expertise using Visio, Miro, or Lucidchart
