QA/QC Protection & Control Engineer 2

Role Overview

• Oversee QA/QC on design, development, and implementation of protection and control systems for high-voltage substations
• QA/QC the engineering design and review of protection and control systems for transmission and distribution substations
• QA/QC protection schemes including one-line diagrams, three-line diagrams, control schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Review junior engineer’s designs, verify they meet client standards and specifications, and identify gaps in client’s protection
• Document QA/QC reviews, maintain record documents, and communicate information to the team

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in engineering
• B.S. Engineering or other technical degree
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) License – Would like but not required
