HRIS Specialist – Workday

Role Overview

• Maintain and update employee records within the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Troubleshoot user issues, provide technical support, and serve as a point of contact for HRIS-related questions.
• Regularly audit the HRIS database to identify and correct data entry errors, inconsistencies, and duplications.
• Generate, compile, and distribute regular and ad hoc HR reports for management and regulatory compliance.
• Uphold strict confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
