Shift the Lead Portal from a passive “pull” experience to a proactive “push” experience.
Elevate the tools our Operations and Support teams use daily.
Serve as the subject matter expert on internal tools and the users who rely on them.
Clearly define and communicate strategy, priorities, and key performance indicators to stakeholders.
Create, monitor, and assess success metrics, and present findings to the leadership team.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Data Science, Design, and Customer Operations.
Synthesize and prioritize user needs, clearly articulating what problem should be solved, for whom, and why it matters.
Drive feature development end-to-end.

7+ years of experience as a Product Manager; prior fintech or lending experience preferred.
Experience building and shipping complex internal tools, dashboards, or workflow-driven products.
Experience owning high-traffic console or portal surfaces where information architecture, speed, and usability are critical to daily productivity.
Comfort designing products that serve both human users and AI-assisted workflows.
Proven ability to operate with speed and ownership in fast-moving environments.
Strong analytical and structured thinking.
Highly collaborative and low-ego.
