Role Overview
- Prepare Appraisal Reports and related Consulting and Financial analytics
- Handle multiple assignments at one time
- Ensure consistency in methodology across portfolios
- Complete assignments in a timely manner
- Collect data and conduct market research
- Analyze complex scenarios and revenue/expense performance
- Conduct cash flow projections and present value analysis using Argus Enterprise
- Analyze comparable sales, detailed costs, and reconcile Final Values
- Participate in occasional industry functions and travel as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate or related area required
- 5 to 10 years of Institutional Valuation experience
- Advanced user of MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook/Teams, PowerPoint)
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Argus Enterprise knowledge required
- State Certified General License required
- MAI designation preferred
- Solid understanding of Fair Value (ASC 820), IVS
- Familiarity with AMC platforms such as Altus/AVI and Situs VMS and quarterly attribution
- Real Estate portfolio experience a plus
