Lead and direct teams in complex performance improvement engagements, managing budgets, invoicing, and billing while ensuring successful client outcomes
Apply analytical and critical thinking skills to quantify benefits, identify risks, and develop solutions for performance improvement initiatives
Communicate effectively to understand client challenges, create customized solutions, and manage client expectations, delivering impactful presentations and proposals
Build strong relationships and lead change processes, demonstrating expertise in change management and influencing positive change in complex environments
Lead and develop teams, including role definition, team building, coaching, mentoring, and performance management, while identifying business development opportunities
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
8 + years of consulting and/or performance improvement healthcare experience in clinical enterprise with a focus on periop
Healthcare operations leadership experience overseeing perioperative services, including process re‑engineering, performance improvement, financial and operational optimization, quality and safety initiatives, and enterprise‑level change management
Demonstrated project leadership within a consulting environment, including managing complex design and implementation efforts specific to perioperative services and leading multi‑disciplinary teams through all engagement phases
The ability to travel based on client, enterprise, or project needs is an essential function of this role
Direct Supervisory experiences of both individuals and teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
