Accounting Intern — Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable

Role Overview

• Enter supplier invoices and customer payments into our new ERP system
• Create and maintain vendor and customer records in the ERP system
• Assist with payment processing, invoicing, and account reconciliations
• Provide operational support as needed
• Contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Strong interest in financial operations and accounting processes
• Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Comfortable with Excel (an asset)
• No prior accounts payable or accounts receivable experience required — we value curiosity, motivation, and potential above all
• Bilingual (French/English), with strong English for communication with our U.S. clients
