Responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level.
Work closely with senior management in supporting the organization.
Carry out responsibilities in employee relations, benefits management, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, and employment law compliance.
Help recruit employees, screen job candidates, assist with new hire orientation, create job descriptions, schedule interviews, and perform various administrative tasks.
Maintain employment records, employee data, contracts and databases.
Answer employee questions and help them understand company policies.
Requirements
A minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience.
Proven experience as an HR Generalist.
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
Aptitude in problem-solving.
Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required.
