About this role
Role Overview
Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring accurate data and proper tracking of leads.
Support SAP processes, including basic data entry and coordination of information.
Assist with marketing materials and property-related content, ensuring they are up to date.
Coordinate with Commercial, Marketing, and Finance teams on day-to-day matters.
Prepare and update reports and internal trackers.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of client and commercial records.
Provide general administrative support to the Commercial team.
Requirements
Previous experience in administration or support roles.
Basic understanding of CRM systems and familiarity with SAP or similar systems is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work across teams and manage multiple tasks.
Good command of English (Greek and/or Russian is an advantage).
