Senior Systems Engineer

Role Overview

• Study and evolve Active Directory architectures
• Participate in the build processes for Windows Server master images (golden images)
• Develop usage policies in accordance with RTE standards
• Define effort estimates and schedules for studies
• Document information systems (DAT, operations dossiers, procedures…)
• Provide Level 3 (L3) technical support and handle incidents
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
• Participate in technology watch to stay up to date on system infrastructure innovations
• Ensure operational continuity of infrastructure and middleware servers
• Manage changes, requests, and maintenance plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's to Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5 equivalent)
• Experience with VMware/vCenter is a plus
• Strong experience administering Windows systems (Windows Server 2012 to 2022)
• Proficiency in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and PowerShell
• Proficiency with Microsoft deployment tools such as MDT and SCCM
• Databases: Oracle, SQL Server (AlwaysOn), MySQL, PostgreSQL, MariaDB, MongoDB
• Middleware: Kubernetes (K8s), MinIO, Kafka, GoAnywhere MFT, HAProxy, Elasticsearch, Kibana, Prometheus
• Knowledge of IT security, PKI, and access management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team, strong writing skills, and good communication skills
