Requirements
Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent, and a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Tech Lead
Deep expertise with the ServiceNow platform in terms of architecture and technical implementation, and experience implementing ServiceNow products in one or more modules (FSM, HR, CSM, etc.) and configuring the platform
Experience with distributed architectures, Agile methodologies, and fixed‑price contract engagements
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
Ability to propose value‑added solutions while keeping project constraints and deadlines in mind
Strong interpersonal skills and leadership capabilities
Ability to work autonomously within a technical team and interact with all project stakeholders (clients, vendors, etc.) in an Agile Scrum context
English proficiency sufficient to understand and communicate effectively in an international environment
