Role Overview
- Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow GRC/IRM capabilities.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery.
- Oversee project scope, timeline, and budget.
- Drive the configuration and deployment of ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules.
- Collaborate with business units to understand their operational needs.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues.
- Ensure project execution aligns with IT governance.
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- More than fifteen years of experience in IT project management.
- At least three years dedicated to ServiceNow projects.
- Proven experience implementing or modernizing GRC solutions or IRM modules.
- Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP certification or equivalent; ServiceNow GRC certification is desirable.
