Provide daily oversight of complex duties assigned to team, which include but are not limited to: Processing a variety of complex monetary/non-monetary transactions as assigned, providing guidance to teammates on complex functions, resolving complex exception items, interacting with vendors and project teams.
Complete higher-level tasks on the team requiring analysis, independent judgement and decision making.
Recommend new methods and procedures to make daily operations more efficient.
Complete performance reports for work performed by direct reports that includes production and service level.
Train, coach, develop and oversee direct reports. Establish individual goals and assist in the hiring and onboarding of direct reports.
Maintain proficient knowledge of and demonstrate ongoing compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to this position. Ensures ongoing adherence to pertinent policies, procedures, and internal controls. Ongoing focus on risk and fraud mitigation.
Analyze workflow and make decisions regarding assignment of tasks to ensure team meets service level standards under normal conditions.
Ensure procedures used by team members are current and accurate.

Requirements
Associates degree and 3 years’ experience required.
Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Department specific experience preferred
