Provide Epic application expertise to managed services and consulting clients
Configure, optimize, troubleshoot, and support Epic applications
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business and clinical workflows
Provide technical expertise and support system upgrades
Ensure compliance with industry regulations
Document business requirements and recommend solutions
Build, test, train, and implement new infrastructure and workflows
Support clients during designated business hours and provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 project support
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, a healthcare-related professional certification or licensure, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Typically, 5+ years of experience as an Epic application analyst or in Epic consulting
Epic certification with ability to support in two or more applications (HB required)
Solid knowledge of healthcare workflows, clinical and business operations, and regulatory compliance requirements
