Responsible for a portfolio of projects related to the RER within the scope of industrial systems engineering (MOE)
Ensure project quality, cost and schedule objectives are met
Gather, define and qualify client requirements
Organize and structure the project (WBS, organization chart, schedule, critical path, etc.)
Define with business stakeholders the resources required for the different project phases
Implement and manage risk management
Lead and coordinate the various contributors
Prepare technical, financial and schedule summaries
Organize and ensure project reporting

Master’s degree (Bac+5), engineering diploma or equivalent university master’s degree
15 years’ experience in project management
Technical skills in project execution: structuring, planning, risk management, cost control, value analysis, facilitation
Proficiency with methodologies: V-model, Agile, functional analysis, system design, technical integration and systems qualification
