About this role
Role Overview
- Develop and executive enterprise content on a daily basis.
- Cover breaking news when assigned.
- Shoot, write, and edit packages for daily newscasts.
- Work with news managers and producers to develop stories.
- Produce content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X and other social media platforms.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Proven ability to shoot and edit broadcast quality video for linear and digital platforms.
- Must have knowledge of Grass Valley Edius editing platform or similar platform.
- Must have knowledge of Broadcast ENG cameras, lighting, audio and LiveU.
- Flexibility to work evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays is required.
- Must be a team player who can multi-task and possess the ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Journalism degree is preferred.
