Create preliminary post-production schedules for all scripted PTVS series and work closely with show post-production teams to maintain accurate and up-to-date post schedules
Maintain and update internal tracking systems with key post-production dates, including all cut phases, picture and sound finishing dates, QC, and delivery
Update and distribute post-production procedures to show post teams
Onboard show post teams to studio systems
Coordinate with Legal departments to collect NDA forms for prospective hires and vendors
Create and distribute pre-crew deal memos for show post hires
Work closely with VP Post-Production to manage final delivery paperwork submission to studio and network
Manage credits approval process between the show post teams and studio credits department, legal, production, and creative, and ensure accurate screen credits
Liaise between studio post, post operations, music, VFX, production, and creative to ensure clear communication on all elements of post processes
Resolve technical or scheduling issues promptly
Other assigned duties as requested
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Film/TV Production, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field, preferred
5+ years of experience in post-production, with a well-developed background in television
Knowledge of post-production workflows, including editing, sound mixing, color grading, and VFX
Knowledge of industry-standard software such as Avid Media Composer, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and Pro Tools
Experience in budgeting, scheduling, and vendor negotiations
